Until now, she hadn’t filed a police report. Although law enforcement sources confirmed that Miami Beach PD detectives took the report, they concluded that the evidence needed to investigate human trafficking or other crimes was insufficient. No criminal charges have been brought against Diddy.

Despite deficient evidence to investigate the claims, detectives did file the report, which will soon be provided to federal authorities who are also investigating Diddy, according to . Ariel Mitchell, Adria’s attorney, shared with TMZ that she was “cautiously optimistic about this process.” Adria is set on filing another police report in New York City, but hasn’t yet because the city requires her to file the report in person, the news outlet explained.

Last month, Adria alleged that the first time she met Diddy and his entourage was around 2004 when she agreed to be a go-go dancer at the hip-hop stars' White Parties. Adria, who performed under the stage name Omunique, claims she decided to work for Diddy in an attempt to score her boyfriend a modeling gig. She also claimed that her boyfriend wouldn’t give Diddy fellatio to land the job.

The White Party attendee’s allegations became more intense as she accused Diddy and others of giving her Ecstasy-laced alcohol and allegedly making her have sex with Diddy’s buddies. Along with suing Diddy, Adria is also suing his friends, which include Tamiko Thomas, for “emotional trauma, including intimacy issues and painful memories,” according to TMZ. Diddy’s attorney Jonathan Davis shared with the media publication that no matter “how many lawsuits filed” it doesn’t change his innocence.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone,” Davis explained. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without any proof.

Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail against these and other baseless claims in court.” All the latest news, showbiz, lifestyle and sports updates, brought to you by our dedicated American team.
