Offered by M World Hotel Petaling Jaya, the property formerly known as Avante Hotel, Bandar Utama, it highlights a modern twist on beloved classics. Kambing Masak Hitam, representing Perlis, is rich, bold, savoury and sweet.
A must-try favourite at every festive occasion, tender lamb chunks are coated in caramelised gravy, melding tamarind, garlic, ginger and spice. The vast spread on offer for Sajian Senja Ramadan. Itik Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api and Daging Dendeng feature the best of Negri Sembilan, with creamy, spicy smoked duck and caramelised sauteed sliced beef the highlight respectively.
Beef lovers have yet another unique option to sample. Slow-cooked aromatic rice harmoniously paired with juicy beef is presented as Nasi Briyani Daging Johor. The Ketam Nipah Masak Kari Rempah Darat is a seafood curry cooked with fresh seafood, shrimp paste, fresh chillies and lemongrass.
The hotel’s halal-certified kitchens will also be offering Kambing Golek, Claypot Fish Head Curry, Arab-style kebabs, roti john, ikan bakar, otak-otak, Gulai Kawah and Nasi Briyani Kambing.
