The former Bachelor host, 50, appeared on The Project to spruik the debut of his annual Tread As One challenge which raises funds for the R U OK? non-profit. While on the news program, he admitted he and his wife Audrey Griffen bought a sauna so they could sit in and have meaningful talks about their mental health.

'I've spent a lot of money in my life trying to make myself feel better than I do now,' he told the Channel Ten panellists. 'Some of those things have been stupid purchases, but one has been really good. 'My chief financial officer, Audrey, my wife, said, 'Just get the sauna.



' So we put a sauna in the backyard. 'It's hands down the greatest thing because you sit there, you steam it up and you have a chat and it's great. 'You're just having a talk and whatever problems you're talking about are always less than the problems of staying in there at 80 degrees for 20minutes.
