This year marked the electronic duo's seventh time performing at the annual music bash Orbital have brought out Mel C and Tilda Swinton as special guests during their set at this year’s edition of Glastonbury . Swinton opened up the electronic duo’s set at the Park staged dressed in a long white dress with light-up specs. “Focus on a spot and when that spot has your full and complete attention, take a deep breath / let it out and close your eyes,” she said performing their song ‘Deeper’, while Orbital commenced the first track of the night from behind her.
Towards the end of the night, the former sporty spice joined the duo for their performance of ‘Spicy’ which samples tracks from the Spice Girls ‘ discography including their hit song ‘Wannabe’. Adorned in light-up specs and in an all-white tracksuit, the singer jumped and danced around the Park stage while singing to the track. It marked the third time in a row that Mel C has made a surprise appearance at the Worthy Farm annual bash.
The electronic duo recently performed the song during their recent BBC Session for Jo Whiley. ‘Spicy’ is a track they only play live. Tilda Swinton at Glastonbury 2024.
