The globally-famous American chat-show host, 70, shocked fans back in 2023 with her drastic weight loss. For months on end, her admirers begged for answers about how she managed to seemingly lose such a drastic amount of weight in a short period of time.

While she kept tight-lipped for a long time, Oprah finally came clean on her methods several months later as she admitted that she had dropped over 50 pounds with the help of the injection, which is intended as type 2 diabetes medication.
