Photo by Ashley Fraser / POSTMEDIA Article content One person was arrested in Cardinal following reports of a pair of robberies on Tuesday morning The Ontario Provincial Police, in an online post, said the Grenville detachment received a call shortly before 11:30 a.m. from an employee that the suspect had assaulted another worker and stolen cigarettes from a store on County Road 2.



A short time later, the post said, a second theft was reported from a nearby public facility, the post said, adding that multiple 911 calls by area residents reported the suspect running through yards. At 12:40 p.m.
