A PTI report, citing police sources, that the firing was an extortion bid by the Himanshu Bhau gang and the notorious Portugal-based gangster has demanded Rs 5 crore from the car showroom owner as “protection money”.
The spine-chilling episode was captured on a CCTV camera installed inside the showroom, showing the armed attackers storming the luxury showroom while two men sitting on couches inside the shop look on with the hands raised and a look of absolute terror on their faces.
