The US-based singer and actress, 38, took to Instagram on Thursday to announce she would be taking part in Olivia's Walk for Wellness in Melbourne on October 6.
In a short video Chloe urged followers to join the fun day out for a good cause, which aims to raise funds for cancer research. 'And please bring your puppies,' Chloe added in her gushing post. In the accompanying caption the Paradise Beach actress said that the theme for the 2024 walk was 'Let's Get Physical' with participants encouraged to dress in '80s retro outfits'.
The theme appears to be a tribute to Olivia's 1981 smash hit song Physical. Chloe also informed followers that The 11th annual Olivia Walk for Wellness will take place in Melbourne's scenic Alexandra Gardens. However, international fans can sign up for the charity event which aims to raise money for free wellness programs at the ONJ Cancer Cancer in Heidelberg, Victoria.

This year's theme is 'Let's Get Physical' and participants are urged to wear 80s outfits in tribute to Olivia's 1981 hit song Physical The glamorous performer signed off her message: 'Hope to see you all there! With love, light and gratitude, Chloe!' Chloe also travelled to Australia to take part in the popular event last year. It comes after Chloe revealed her health struggles after losing her mother to breast cancer in 2022. Olivia died at 73 years of age after battling the disease for 20 years.

'One of my mum's biggest messages was to take care of yourself. So, I'm gonna disappear for about three weeks because I'm developing health issues in my mind and body.' Chloe is Olivia's only child, born in 1986 from her first marriage to actor Matt Lattanzi.
. Olivia was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 1992 and began fundraising for research and promoting cancer awareness. She was successfully treated and went into remission.
Sadly, Olivia's cancer returned in both 2013 and 2017. The Olivia Newton-John Wellness and Research Centre opened in 2012 and its services have helped thousands. The director of fundraising at the centre, Debbie Shiel, later described Newton-John as a 'pioneer' for her efforts.

Olivia's death resulted in an outpouring of public grief and heartfelt tributes from those close to her including Grease co-star John Travolta and Victorian premier Dan Andrews, who offered a state funeral in her honour.
