:Health minister Damodar Rajanarsimha said the officials must act as a bridge between the government and the people in implementing development and welfare schemes. He was speaking at the inauguration of the Indira Mahila Shakti Scheme at the Sangareddy Collectorate on Wednesday, along with minister for forests and endowments Konda Surekha. The ministers have opened a new canteen on the Collectorate premises and distributed loan cheques to beneficiaries.

Rajanarsimha noted that government schemes were delayed due to parliamentary elections but stressed that departments have been empowered to prevent irregularities. He warned of strict action against illegal mining and land encroachments, urging officials to take responsibility. During a departmental review meeting, minister Konda Surekha highlighted the importance of planting saplings on temple lands as part of Vanamahotsavam and urged vigilance in preventing encroachment.



Both ministers called for officials to ensure that all eligible beneficiaries receive government benefits without misuse of public funds..
