“It’s obviously suiting developers – there’s been quite a bit of interest from Melbourne, Geelong and local developers who are doing their due diligence,” Mr Jones said. “There’s is a demand for the high-end townhouses, and I think that’ll be where the majority of the interest comes. “But in saying, the blocks can be purchased as a lot or individually. There is a chance that each one sells for a dream home build.

” Mr Jones said with the green still operational, new owners could lease the greens back to the club on good terms while they plan their future.
