In collaboration with EIH London Investments Ltd. and British property leader Grosvenor, this project marks Oberoi’s debut in the United Kingdom, a key expansion for the Indian luxury hotel brand.
Situated on South Molton Street, the new hotel will establish Oberoi’s presence in one of London’s most prestigious neighborhoods, enhancing its appeal to both international and local visitors. Grosvenor received planning approval in 2022 to restore a historic 33,000-square-foot listed building, transforming it into a centerpiece of the South Molton development, the West End’s largest mixed-use initiative. This ambitious project will feature the Oberoi Hotel alongside modern office spaces, upscale residences, cafes, shops, restaurants, and community leisure areas, blending a modern touch with heritage conservation to create a vibrant, multifaceted destination.
For The Oberoi Group, this collaboration represents a significant milestone in its global expansion journey.
