The music business rumour mill is abuzz with claims that estranged sibling superstars Noel and Liam Gallagher have come to some sort of rapprochement, with plans to reunite the hit Britpop band next year. To be fair, Oasis have been heavily rumoured to be on the verge of reuniting every year since they broke up in quite vicious disarray in 2009, with Liam smashing one of Noel’s favourite guitars backstage and Noel announcing he “simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer”.
