A talented muralist has turned a nursery into an enchanting circus tent-themed play area. Danielle Morrison, 35, dedicated three days to meticulously crafting a red and white canopy design that sweeps across the ceiling and cascades down the walls of the 4.4m x 4.

1m space. The playful room was commissioned by one of Danielle's clients, who desired a bold and whimsical circus tent motif complete with striking stripes and scalloped edges. The client, having been impressed by Danielle's previous work on smaller projects, sought to have this distinctive style enlarged for her ample home.



Danielle, from Cheltenham, said: "My client had seen my work on Instagram and wanted to bring that wow factor into her home." The transformation is a testament to Danielle's meticulous attention to detail, as she employed rulers, a spirit level, and frog tape to execute the captivating design. She fashioned the ceiling to resemble a circus canopy, with the stripes artistically spilling onto the surrounding walls.

Detailing her method, Danielle explained: "I started by measuring from the centre of the ceiling and used a spirit level to get the lines straight. I then taped the stripes with frog tape and painted them in red." "Peeling the tape off at the end is always the most satisfying part!" The materials for the project rang up a cost between £50 and £70, and the entire endeavour was completed within three days.
