Wednesday, August 21, 2024 Novotel Vijayawada Varun’s Thai Food Festival offers a culinary journey through authentic Thai flavors, blending traditional dishes with regional influences until August 31st. The Red Bowl at Novotel Vijayawada Varun is excited to host the Thai Food Festival, a vibrant celebration of Thai culinary art, enriched by the gastronomic traditions of neighboring countries like India, Cambodia, Malaysia, and Indonesia. This event will explore the deep-rooted flavor exchanges that have occurred over centuries.

At the festival, Thai cuisine, renowned for its perfect balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy elements, will be featured prominently. Visitors will experience a gastronomic exploration through the four principal categories of Thai dishes: tom (boiled recipes), yam (spicy salads), tam (pounded delights), and gaeng (curries). The festival will also incorporate Chinese cooking methods, presenting a variety of deep-fried, stir-fried, and steamed creations, offering a distinctive twist to the traditional fare.
