TWIN FALLS — The North Canyon Network of Care has expanded its footprint with the opening of a 23,000-square-foot clinic. But what is also expanding, network officials say, is the quality of care in the Twin Falls area. J'Dee Adams, CEO of the North Canyon Network of Care, stands in the newly built Twin Falls Clinic.
“It’s a huge step for us,” said North Canyon CEO J’Dee Adams after Monday’s ribbon cutting. Until now, North Canyon has had limited reach into Twin Falls, much of it with orthopedic services in a clinic that opened about five years ago. The clinic was a success and planning for a larger clinic began.
A four-acre piece of ground near Pole Line Road and Eastland Drive was purchased. COVID-19 delayed construction, but Adams said the network been trying to show the community that it “is definitely on the up and up.” “We are trying to provide care throughout the Magic Valley,” Adams said.
“There is a fundamental difference in opinion on the basic principles of patient care." The network has been showing significant expansion through the years. The present North Canyon Medical Center in Gooding opened in 2010, and in 2019 opened a family medicine clinic in Buhl and the orthopedic clinic in Twin Falls.
The network expanded to Jerome in 2020 with the building of a family medical clinic and the next a year a clinic was opened in Hailey. North Canyon Cosmetic Surgery opened in Twin Falls in 2022. The new three-story building has about 25 exam rooms in.
