Nocturne Luxury Villas, a premier owner and operator of top-tier luxury villa rental brands across the United States, Caribbean, and Mexico, has named Louise Astbury as the new General Manager of Paradise Retreats in Santa Barbara. In her role as General Manager, Astbury will be responsible for homeowner acquisition, property management, and overseeing all operational aspects of the business.
Astbury brings a wealth of experience to Paradise Retreats, having most recently served as Director of Assets at Inspirato since 2022. Prior to this, she spent 14 years with Spanish Peaks Mountain Club and Montage International in Big Sky, Montana, where she held roles including General Manager (2018–2021), Club Director (2016–2018), and Member Services Director (2008–2016). Her career also includes leadership positions with Savvy Destinations, Exclusive Resorts, and the Colorado Hotel and Lodging Association.
A native Californian and long-time Santa Barbara resident, Astbury holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from Florida International University. Founded in October 2019, Nocturne Luxury Villas manages some of the most prestigious luxury villa rental brands, including Exceptional Stays, St. Barth Properties, WIMCO Villas, Cabo Villas, Paradise Retreats, Exclusive 30A, and Grand Cayman Vi.
