Santa Claus, played by Harvey VanSickle, lets Guillaume Kilgore Valerio, 4, tug on his beard a little to prove it's the real deal during Friday's annual Christmas at the Palace event. In addition to visits from Santa and Mrs. Claus, the free family event at the Palace of the Governors, in its 37th year, also featured hot cider, cookies, live music and old fashioned activities.
