RYLAN has revealed some of the very 'strict' rules he has to follow on new Paramount+ show Dating Naked. The Sun previously exclusively revealed a first look at Rylan's sizzling matchmaking show , where the cast spend the entirety of their time stripped off in a bid to find love. The TV presenter, 35, said he had to carry out intense training before filming the nude show.

Rylan admitted a number of protocols were implemented - from the terminology used, to how much physical contact the host was allowed to have with the contestants. Speaking to The Sun, Rylan said: "I went through so much training for this show - they were like don't call it a t**, it's a breast. "There was all of this stuff, it's really important on a serious note.

Rylan then explained that there were restrictions whether or not he was allowed to make physical contact with the contestants. He shared: "I said as a host of this type of show, if someone goes or if someone is upset, the first thing I do is give them a hug.

"I was like 'can I do that', and they were like 'no, you can't', and I was like 'what?" Most read in News TV "The're like if they initiate the hug and you're fine with that, that's fine because they're always at the disadvantage. "From that moment on every time I walked into that villa - they were like 'Rylan' with their legs wrapped around me." He joked: "You can imagine, I've probably impregnated three women.

" The telly favourite said there was even protocols in place when the lads got a little excited and needed a break from filming. Rylan shared: "We have a protocol, if any of our boys got 'excited', we like to call it down time. "The boys are offered 10 minutes to sit down in the bedroom and calm yourself and have a moment.

"There were so many questions that I had, one of my big questions was - we're filming for a month in Colombia, I know girls once a month have something. "All of these protocols were put in place. "There is something I'm going to say now that just how good not only our crew was but also how comfortable our daters were with each other.

"As a woman you go through a period each month, all of our girls were offered modesty pants for when they were on their period...

not one of the girls took them. "And I tell you for why..

.because that's how comfortable our crew and the daters made each other feel throughout this experience. "That's one thing I'm so proud of, it really felt so comfortable while we were out there.

"They're vulnerable and naked, the crew and me are clothed. With the boys, it's absolutely natural, we're talking about a naked body which is something we're got underneath these clothes. "In the morning, some boys will wake up like myself and go 'good morning', but these things are natural, it's our bodies.

"All these things are in place and no one was ever made to feel embarrassed." He added: "How the boys spoke about the girls and how the girls spoke about the boys, how the boys spoke about the boys and how the girls spoke about the boys was so f****** respectful, I'm so proud to put my name to this show." Rylan then teased viewers what to expect, revealing there will be "new boys and girls" dropped in throughout the series.

He also promised that there will be a "huge twist" halfway through the series that will shake-up the villa. The TV favourite then admitted there will be plenty of sex scenes. "So many things happened on this show that was so natural and it was so lovely to see, breaking news guys but people have sex," Rylan said.

"There is sex on this show because we let this play out exactly how it would play out in the real world, except there's no clothes." The Paramount+ programme , which has been dubbed " Love Island on steroids" launched on Thursday. Contestants were seen stripping off their bikinis before they stand around a pool for a chat with host Rylan making his entrance.

Four contestants headed off on a double date, while some of the singletons in the villa grew closer. Within 24 hours, two couples had enjoyed a smooch. We previously told how the brave bunch spend 24/7 as nature intended, even taking dates outside the luxury villa in Colombia .

In each episode contestants are dumped as cast mates vote for their favourites, with a prize pot of £50k at stake. Previously, Rylan also offered a sneak peek inside the villa as well as admitting he "wished" he could have been naked too. The full line-up of the show also recently came to light - and includes Geordie Shore star Chloe Ferry's ex.
