The is inviting local students to participate in The Grundy Youth Photography Competition. A spokesperson said, “The National Museum of Bermuda is inviting all local students to participate in the sixth year of The Grundy Youth Photography Competition. In honour of Mrs.

Joy Grundy’s passing last year, the competition’s title has been adjusted to recognise both her and her husband, Dr. Reg Grundy: ‘Your Eyes on Bermuda: The Grundy Youth Photography Competition, In Memory of Dr. Reg Grundy and Joy Chambers Grundy.



’ “Now in its sixth year, the competition welcomes all primary, middle and high school students to demonstrate their appreciation for Bermuda’s natural and cultural environment in memory of Dr. Grundy. It is open to all local photography enthusiasts aged 7-18 who currently reside in Bermuda.

Students are asked to photograph a theme of interest: People of Bermuda, Bermuda Buildings, or Bermuda Wildlife & Nature, and capture their chosen theme using a smart phone or digital camera. “Students must submit photos under the following age groups: 7–10, 11–14, and 15–18. Entries can be any/all themes [People of Bermuda, Bermuda Buildings, or Bermuda Wildlife and Nature], but only one photograph per theme will be accepted.

Using a smart phone or digital camera, students should submit a minimum file size of 1MB with a maximum file size of 50 MB. “The format should be JPEG online and the resolution a minimum of 300 dpi. In honouring Dr.
