MANCHESTER — A New Hampshire resident has died of the eastern equine encephalitis, health officials said in a news release Tuesday. Stephen Perry, 41, of Hampstead died Aug. 19 of Eastern Equine Encephalitis.

(COURTESY PHOTO) According to WMUR, the family on Wednesday, identified the person as 41-year-old Steven Perry of Hampstead. Health officials said Perry was hospitalized with a severe central nervous system disease and later died. Perry’s mother Judith said he was young and healthy.
