A new lakeside lunch spot has opened after a recent revamp and rebrand, offering hearty breakfasts and a few exotic menu items. Cafe Twelve at Bradshaw Fisheries opened on November 1 and is open to both anglers and regular customers. Foodies can enjoy a 'big breakfast' or 'huevos rancheros' from the haunt's balcony overlooking the fishery's lake, or inside their refurbished dining room.
Manager, Andy Ormrod, said: "We've always had a cafe on-site, but we felt like we needed to go a little more upmarket. " A full English at Cafe Twelve, costing £10, includes two of 'Grandad's sausages' two bacon rashes, two eggs, beans, tomato, mushrooms, black pudding, hash brown, and sourdough toast. You can even have 'shakshuka', a dish originating from North Africa. One customer said: "It's fantastic, the food is lovely, and they have kept the original spam on the menu which is great.
