The signature restaurant inside Johns Island’s first commercial hotel is now open to the public. Another dish exemplifying that approach is DeCicco’s bacon-and-egg small plate. Slab bacon is braised, cooled, pressed and cooked until the skin is crispy. It's served with a soft-poached Storey Farms egg on top of middlins.
