CLEVELAND, Ohio – The 97-room Fidelity Hotel, downtown Cleveland’s first new traditional hotel in nearly a decade, is taking reservations for stays starting in late January. The hotel is located in the 11-story Baker Building on East 6th Street just off Euclid Avenue. In addition to 97 rooms and suites, the hotel will feature a full-service restaurant, bar, meeting space and more.

Rooms are available to book for stays starting on Tuesday, Jan. 28 . Rates start at about $225 per night.

The hotel’s Club Room restaurant is expected to open in the first quarter of 2025, according to a spokesperson. The hotel is the first in Ohio under the management of New Waterloo, an Austin, Texas-based firm that also operates hotels in Texas, California and Maryland. “New Waterloo has a deep commitment to Cleveland and we’re collectively excited to launch Fidelity Hotel to locals and visitors alike,” said Eric Conrad, the hotel’s new general manager.

Rooms will feature custom-designed furniture, Waterworks fixtures and Bellino Italian linens. According to a press statement, the hotel is “poised to redefine luxury in the ‘comeback city,” with “custom-designed furniture and thoughtfully curated art that pays homage to the richness of the city and its future.” When it opens, Fidelity will be the first new traditional hotel in downtown Cleveland since the Hilton Cleveland Downtown Hotel opened in June 2016, just before the Republican National Convention that July.
