Kuijlaars will take up the role from 16 September 2024, from which point she will also sit on the board of Tate & Lyle. Having previously served as the chief financial officer at De Beers Group and Arcadis NV, Kuijlaars is an experienced international finance leader who also serves as a non-executive director luxury car distributor Inchcape. Prior to taking on her first CFO role, she was deputy chief financial officer at Rolls-Royce Holdings and held a number of senior finance leadership roles during a 25-year career at Shell.
