Fitness enthusiasts in will soon have a new city centre Pilates and health studio right on their doorstep. Kesson Studios will be the latest addition to the Marlowe Arcade at the Whitefriars Shopping Centre. The organisation already operates a physiotherapy, fitness and massage centre in , offering a range of services and classes.

From sports massages and Swedish rub downs, to physio recovery and Pilates sessions, Kesson has a focus on fitness and movement. The new Canterbury studio will be kitted out with a range of equipment for the ‘Reformer Pilates’ classes, which centre around various exercises involving stretching, bending and strengthening key muscle groups. Sessions will be hosted by skilled instructors who will help monitor progress and train attendees on how to use all the equipment.



Describing the classes, Kesson said: “We give access to technical Pilates expertise that achieves faster results and pushes your body in different ways. In our classes you receive elegant, disciplined and guided education, supporting one another to go further.” An exact opening date for the studio is yet to be confirmed, though signage on the unit states that it is ‘coming soon’.
