A British vlogger got schooled by Indians on social media after posting a negligent video on Instagram. The tourist Jack Aynsley was at the Gokarna beach in Karnataka where warnings were issued due to bad weather. In the video, Aynsley was ranting about a policeman 'confusing' him on the beach while the latter asked him to get away from the beach for his own safety.

"Not allowed? How about him," the tourist asked the policeman pointing at others at the beach. They were fishermen, he was told. "I am a fisherman," the defiant tourist replied.

A post shared by Jack Aynsley Travel (@jackaynsleytravel) After moving on from the site, he said the policeman 'confused' him and was standing with his lathi to scare others off. "But not me. I am the explorer of Indian beaches," he says in the video.

This did not sit well with Indians online who pointed out the policeman was more worried about the tourist's life than he himself was. Some even pointed out the red flags planted at the beach as a warning sign. You are confused," commented a user on his video. "Do you see the red flag, it's high tide wave sign on that place," said another. Several others called him 'oversmart' for trying to disregard the rules.

"Don't try to be oversmart every where.. when a keeper of a law and order is telling you it is not allowed you have to obey it," a third user wrote.
