Netflix has decided not to renew Buying Beverly Hills after its second season. The show follows real estate giant Mauricio Umansky and his colourful staff at The Agency, as they fight to get deals done for their clients. Joined by his daughters Farrah Brittany and Alexia Umansky, Mauricio gives an insight into the Umanskys' busy work and home lives.

Season two of the reality series was released back in March 2024 and saw Mauricio's daughter Sophia join the family business. But according to , the Umanskys will not be returning for a third season on the . The last season of Buying Beverly Hills also featured Mauricio's wife Kyle Richards, who stars on .



Kyle's inclusion in the show addressed the divorce rumours surrounding her marriage with Mauricio. The couple had previously refuting the separation claims. In season 2, they explained the difficulties of their marriage and discussed the impact of the rumours with their daughters.

Viewers saw the Umanskys pull together once again, in order to protect their family and business. Despite Buying Beverly Hills' cancellation, fans still have plenty of other unscripted shows to choose from. Netflix currently offers a range of luxury real estate shows, including Owning Manhattan, Buying London and Million Dollar Beach House.

It is also home to the hugely popular Selling series, including Selling Tampa, and the original . It was recently announced that Selling Sunset would be receiving a third spin-off series, based in New York City. The first season of will consist of eight episodes, but a release date has not yet been confirmed.
