Based on the Securities and Exchange Commission’s website, Dermacare promised investors that they would receive P31,500 every quarter for five years and the company would issue post-dated checks to them. In summary, an investor who paid P250,000 will receive P630,000 after five years. This meant that they would earn P380,000 from their P250,000 investment.
