Iconic fashion brand Neiman Marcus has left workers outraged after the brand quietly removed the word "Christmas" from their 98-year-old annual gift catalog. The change was glossed over by the retail brand when they pushed out a press release last week announcing the catalog. "Neiman Marcus is kicking off the holiday season with an unprecedented array of luxury offerings.

Today, the integrated luxury retailer unveiled its seasonal campaign titled "A Neiman's Fantasy," its iconic Fantasy Gifts , and beloved Holiday Book," the press release read. "The retailer's team of Magic Makers will bring the season to life, with world-class service and exceptional experiences including personal shopping, gift wrapping, and Breakfast with Santa." The new name of "Holiday Book" is an abrupt departure from the initial title of the “Christmas Book.



” The name has reportedly raised the ire of several workers inside the Dallas, Texas headquarters which has reportedly been plagued with restructurings and layoffs by CEO Geoffroy van Raemdonck. Some insiders fear that Raemdonck is attempting to destroy the 117-year-old retailer's image.
