Burger King is considering three new Whopper flavors, including one created by a Nebraskan. The restaurant launched its Million Dollar Whopper Contest in February, offering the winner $1 million and a chance to see their dream Whoppers sold in stores for a limited time. The three finalists in Burger King's Million Dollar Whopper Contest are, from left, the Mexican Street Corn Whopper, created by a Nebraska resident, the Maple Bourbon BBQ Whopper and the Fried Pickle Ranch Whopper.

On Monday, Burger King announced the three finalists from more than one million submissions: * The Mexican Street Corn Whopper, created by Kelsie of Nebraska, which features a quarter-pound flame-grilled beef patty, topped with street corn spread, lettuce, tomato, Southwest seasoned tortilla crisps and Mexican spicy queso. A Burger King spokesperson said that due to privacy concerns, the company would not release any other identifying information about the finalists, including a last name or hometown. * The Fried Pickle Ranch Whopper, created by Fabian of California, features a quarter-pound flame-grilled beef patty, topped with pickle ranch, lettuce, fried pickles, bacon and Swiss cheese.



* The Maple Bourbon BBQ Whopper, created by Calvin of California, which features a quarter-pound flame-grilled beef patty, topped with maple bourbon BBQ sauce, crispy onions & jalapeños, maple bacon seasoning, bacon and American cheese.
