NCPCR (National Commission for Protection of Child Rights) chief Priyank Kanoongo has issued summons to Vice President, Content and Policy Head of Netflix India over the alleged availability of explicit content on Netflix and its accessibility to minors. The agency has published a copy of the notice on social media. It has been addressed to Ms Monica Shergill, VP and Ms Ambika Khurana, Policy Head of the platform.
