Don Chuy’s Fresh Mex & Cantina is the new tenant in the “Shoppes at West Market” collection of storefronts, otherwise known as the Jonesborough Walmart Center. Don Chuy’s is the latest addition to the growth of the restaurant trade on west Johnson City’s “Jonesborough highway.” Don Chuy’s has roots in Knoxville and Missouri, with the Johnson City location being open just over three months.
