A WOMAN has revealed that she has given her council house bathroom a mega makeover without breaking the bank. The savvy mum and DIY fan, who is ‘turning a council flat into a dream home’ for her and her toddler, explained that thanks to a £14 buy from B&M, she was able to give her bathroom a total overhaul.
