BAY CITY, MI – For the second straight year, murals will bring new light – and beauty – to Bay City. The 2024 City of Mural Community Festival runs from Aug. 13-31, with artists both local and from around the globe setting out on one collaborative mission: to celebrate art, diversity and facilitative community engagement in the city by the bay.
