A local mum has shed more than seven and a half stone after her weight left her stuck at home and struggling with her health. In March 2024, Nikita Vickers weighed 21st 1.5lb and her doctor warned her she was on the cusp of being pre-diabetic.
The 32-year-old from Beccles rarely left the house and struggled to do everyday things like play with her children and walk up the stairs. " She now wears a size 12 (Image: Supplied) She joined her local Slimming World group after a flyer fell through her letter box and, with the help of her consultant, she managed to drop from a size 22 to a size 12 in just 10 months. She has now been crowned 2025's Greatest Loser for losing more weight than any other member. Nikita says she "feels like a new woman.
