I think the checked print of the M&S design , combined with the puff sleeves, wrap front and midi-length, makes it a dupe of a number of Ganni dresses.

The dress features three-quarter-length puff sleeves, which you can pull up above your elbow to exaggerate the volume of the sleeve.
I love a wrap dress like this, as it allows you to cinch in the waist to create an hourglass shape thanks to that tie belt, and it billows out at the skirt for more volume and movement. The cut of the M&S dress , specifically the wrap front, adds more shape to the dress as the front hem is almost asymmetric in comparison to the fishtail back, which is super-flattering as it reveals some of the leg. The M&S dress comes in UK dress sizes 6 to 24, and considering the sale price, as well as its uncanny resemblance to Ganni, I think this number will sell out fast.
