A proposal to expand the Pines Mobile Home Park by by 15 units in the Town of Moreau has moved to the Saratoga County Board. Located on 3.9-acres at 1423-5 Route 9, the project is expected to be completed in three phases.
Each phase is scheduled to take three months for infrastructure construction and placement of five homes. The Town Planning Board sent the proposal to the county board and voted to set a public hearing for its next regularly scheduled meeting at 7 p.m.
