From buying in bulk to using coupons, there are lots of ways to reduce your bill. Money-saving enthusiast Chloe of Chloe's Deal Club (@chloesdealclub) has shared one tip to save cash, this time on hand soap. In a TikTok video with more than 78,000 views, she said:" This super easy hack is going to save you money.



Now this handwash is 69p, and it's because the bottle already has a pump in it. So you're saving 14p, not a huge amount, but every little helps.

" Explaining her next step, she said: "Then, when you take this one home, if you already have a hand soap just pop your pump in it." Chloe demonstrated the hack using Aldi's Lacura beauty product, but that's not the only place you can make big savings. For those who shop at supermarkets like Tesco, soap refill packs present another opportunity to penny-pinch, with a litre of Carex original handwash refill setting you back £3.

30 that's just 33p per 100ml. A 250ml bottle, meanwhile, will set you back £1.50, or 60p per 100ml.

While it's a small saving, over time the pennies can really add up. The same rings 'true' at Sainsbury's, where a refill pack of the same handwash also costs 33p per 100ml. A one litre refill bag of the supermarket's own brand antibacterial hand wash is even more gentle on the wallet, priced at just £2.

60 or 26p per 100ml. Other savvy shoppers opt for bars of soap, as they tend to last longer than liquid handwash. Sainsbury's offers a tea tree bar soap for 75p, or 60p per 100g.
