Molly-Mae posted a video on her Instagram Stories of herself and Tommy playing, adding sunset and badminton racket emojis over the clip.
Alongside their badminton date, Tommy shared a photo of them enjoying desserts together just hours before his ex-fiance announced their breakup. Fans were left puzzled when Tommy posted a photo of them enjoying milkshakes on his Snapchat Story earlier in the day, before Molly-Mae revealed on Instagram that they had separated. Despite the couple appearing to be going strong in last week's posts, they have now surprised fans by announcing their split through individual Instagram statements.
"Never in a million years did I think I'd ever have to write this," Molly-Mae told her 7.9 million followers. "After five years together I never thought our story would end, especially not this way.
I am extremely upset to announce that mine and Tommy's relationship has come to an end." "I will forever be grateful for the most important thing to me now and always, my beautiful daughter. Without us there would be no her, she will always be my priority.
" Molly-Mae reached out to her followers with a heartfelt message as she added: "I want to thank you all for the love you have shown us over the last five years. You have all been a part of our journey and I feel it's right to share this with you all. Whilst I attempt to navigate the coming days and weeks, please kindly respect my privacy over this difficult time.
I'll be back when it feels right. Molly-Mae x." The Love Island star chose to make the announcement on her own, without Tommy Fury , who later posted on his Instagram: "I am heartbroken to share that Molly and I have decided to end our relationship.
The past 5 years have led to us having our beautiful baby girl, Bambi and I will be forever thankful to Molly for making me a dad." Tommy concluded his post by saying: "Bambi is our priority. Please respect our privacy, and our families privacy, as we navigate our way through this difficult time".
