Prayagraj : The alumni association of Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) will honour its former students with Distinguished Alumni Awards (DAA). The decision was taken during the annual general body meeting (AGM) of the association in Nov last year. The last date for filing nominations has been set as Aug 31, 2024.

Vice president of the association Prof Avanish Kumar Dubey, and secretary Jitendra Narayan Gangwar said the awards will be given in 8 categories. This includes lifetime achievement awards for individuals aged 60 years or above, young achiever awards and professional excellence awards. The guidelines for nominations and the Google form are on the website of the association, he added.
