Vadodara: The assembly constituency office of Sayajigunj MLA, Keyur Rokadiya , received an International Organisation of Standardization (ISO) certification on Wednesday. This is the first office of an MLA from the city to obtain such a certification. The office, christened as Narayan Seva Karyalaya, became operational soon after Rokadiya was elected as an MLA from BJP.

Rokadiya said that within eight months of its inauguration, 5,000 people had searched for it on Google. According to Rokadiya, the ISO 9001-2015 certificate was a result of the office management system, IT interventions, and various services provided by the office. “All data of people coming to the office and the status of their requests is maintained online,” he said.



He added that camps for Aadhaar cards, income certificates, Ayushman Bharat cards, and other schemes were held in the office. The certificate has been granted until Aug 2027.
