The woman, from Waterbeach, was found on Monday (August 12). Police had said they were concerned for her welfare as her disappearance was "out of character".

Extensive searches as of Monday morning had not found her, but her car had been discovered at Stetchworth Park. A police spokesperson said on Monday afternoon: "Thank you for sharing our appeal to find a woman who had gone missing from her home in Waterbeach. She has been found alive and her family have been notified.
