An estimate of participants from 130 countries are set to compete in Mexico, exceeding the numbers from 2018. The Miss Universe India 2024 contest was held on September 22 in Jaipur, Rajasthan, to select the representative for India. Rhea Singha, a 19-year-old from Gujarat, beat 51 finalists to win the coveted Miss Universe India 2024 title.
Pranjal Priya secured the first runner-up place, Chhavi Verg secured the second runner-up place, Sushmita Roy secured the third runner-up place, and Ruopfuzhano Whiso secured the fourth runner-up place.
