Mumbai: The Mankhurd police on Saturday booked three women and an underage boy for allegedly assaulting a female doctor over a parking issue . The minor allegedly threatened to torch the doctor's clinic. He threatened the complainant, mentioning the Kolkata doctor case.

Those booked in the case were Kajal Ramaswamy, Aruna Ingale, an unidentified woman, and the boy. The alleged incident took place in Sathe Nagar . The doctor told the police that she opens and closes the shutter of her clinic.



On Saturday, when she came to open the clinic around 12.30 pm, she found a scooter parked outside the entrance, making it difficult for her to open the shutter. She stated in the FIR that she tried to move the scooter adjacent to an electricity pole.

After some time, the minor came and asked if she had moved the scooter, and allegedly started abusing her. The doctor then slapped him. He left and returned with three women, the doctor said in the FIR.

The women started fighting with her, and one of them threw an umbrella at the doctor while the doctor threw a pipe at the accused woman. The three women then pulled her by the collar, and the minor allegedly hit her. The accused women allegedly tore her collar.

The minor then threatened the doctor, mentioning the Kolkata doctor case, he also threatened to hang the complainant naked. The complainant then called up the police who took the accused to the police station. A case was registered against them.
