Monday, January 20, 2025 The Ministry of Hajj & Umrah has announced a landmark partnership with Almosafer, Saudi Arabia’s leading travel company under Seera Group, aimed at transforming the travel experience for pilgrims visiting the Kingdom. Unveiled at the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2025 in Jeddah, the agreement focuses on enhancing the booking process on the Nusuk Hajj platform by offering a wider range of flight options and exploring innovative initiatives to simplify pilgrimage journeys globally. This partnership builds on Almosafer’s role as the official flight partner for the Ministry’s Direct Hajj Program, which served pilgrims from over 120 countries in the 1445 Hajj season.

Almosafer issued more than 14,000 tickets during this time, and the new agreement aims to further expand its reach and improve accessibility. Through its extensive airline network, Almosafer will provide pilgrims with competitive rates and streamlined ticketing services to cater to diverse needs under the Direct Hajj Program. The collaboration underscores the Ministry’s commitment to modernizing the pilgrimage experience through digital solutions.



By leveraging Almosafer’s advanced technology, local expertise, and strategic partnerships, the Nusuk Hajj platform aims to offer a transparent, efficient, and seamless journey planning process for pilgrims.
