Tuesday, August 27, 2024 Minerva CQ, a leading provider of real-time collaborative AI solutions for businesses, is pleased to announce the appointment of Claudio Bartolini, PhD, as its new Chief Technology Officer, effective August 26. With over 25 years of experience across multiple high-level roles, Dr. Bartolini has a distinguished background in technology leadership and innovation.

His previous positions include Chief Technology Officer at OverIT and Chief Technologist at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Additionally, he has held the role of VP of Engineering at Uniphore and served as a Technology and Architecture Fellow at Equinix, alongside being a Principal Architect at Box. Dr.



Bartolini’s career is marked by his extensive work in engineering, strategic consulting, research, and promoting open innovation. He is well-regarded for his contributions to digital transformation initiatives and his development of scalable cloud-native SaaS products. At Minerva CQ, Dr.

Bartolini will leverage his deep knowledge in various technologies, including AI, generative AI, explainable AI, cloud computing, big data, predictive analytics, software architecture, IT service management, and agile development methodologies. An accomplished inventor and academic, Dr. Bartolini holds more than 30 patents and is a prolific author and speaker at international tech conferences.

He earned his PhD from the Università degli Studi di Ferrara and a MSEE from the Università de Bologna in Italy. “I’m excited about Claudio’s track record in leading AI innovation and scaling numerous start-up and high-growth software icons,” said Cosimo Spera, PhD, Founder and CEO of Minerva CQ. “His appointment will help accelerate our success as we continue to develop our unique solutions, scale our operations and engage with new companies on their journey to transform Customer Service with AI.
