Michelle Dee , Catriona Gray , and Celeste Cortesi revealed that they have undergone liposuction. In a video posted by celebrity doctor Vicki Belo, the Miss Universe Philippines queens shared their experiences and why they chose to do the cosmetic procedure. Catriona said that toning and tightening were her goals, so she tried liposuction at the back of her arms.
Vicki said, “Did you hear that? Catriona had a liposuction. I never thought she’d admit it! Her arms were kinda like a little bigger than the rest of her body." Catriona said that it's "that’s just a little thing that I did and I’m able to carry myself in a certain way because I feel that, and that translates to confidence for me.
