The Miami Dolphins were already going to have a big challenge on their hands when they face the Houston Texans on Sunday. Now, things appear to be even tougher for the Fins. The team released their final practice report of the week, and the Dolphins appear to be without their starting left tackle for the game.

Armstead - who missed practice all week, including Friday - is listed as doubtful for the game. That's been a break from the trend the last few weeks, where Armstead has missed practice but received a game designation of questionable and ultimately played in the game. Now, it looks like perhaps their veteran left tackle is worse for wear and won't go on Sunday.

Patrick Paul would draw the start in his pace. On the other side, RT Kendall Lamm managed to get back on the practice field in limited fashion on Friday and earn a questionable tag for the game. Regardless of if he goes or not, there's no doubt the unit is hurting and will be hard pressed to protect Tua Tagovailoa against an aggressive and physical Texans front.

The other notable players with game status designations are OLBs Bradley Chubb and Cameron Goode, who are both working their way back from the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list with knee injuries sustained late last season. Mike McDaniel indicated on Friday that Chubb appears more likely to be ready next week against the San Francisco 49ers. The Dolphins and Texans get underway on Sunday at 1:00 pm ET from NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas.
