Metallica is calling all fans to raise their horns for a good cause. The heavy metal band will perform an acoustic and electric set at the YouTube Theater in Inglewood on Friday, Dec. 13.

The benefit concert and auction lineup have yet to be fully announced but a press release by the group has confirmed appearances by actor Robert Downey Jr., pro-skater Tony Hawk, musician St. Vincent and more.



Tickets go on sale on Friday, July 26, at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster.

com . All proceeds will go to the All Within My Hands Foundation. The organization started in 2017 and has raised over $15 million.

It’s provided $8.2 million in grants to career and technical education programs, including the Metallica Scholars Initiative, now in its sixth year. The organization has also contributed over $3.
