Two luxury cars—a Mercedes and a BMW —were involved in a high-speed accident on the Bandra-Worli sea link in Mumbai on Sunday. The incident occurred when the two vehicles, reportedly racing each other, lost control and collided with a Wagon R app-based cab from behind. The impact caused the cab to overturn and spin around thrice before being dragged from the fourth lane to the first.

Meanwhile, the drivers of the luxury cars—Tariq Chaudhary and Sehbaz Khan—were arrested on charges of attempted culpable homicide and rash driving.
